GodwinGroup captured a Judge’s Choice award, five GOLD ADDYs and six SILVER ADDYs at the Mississippi Gulf Coast American Advertising Awards. All awards recognize GodwinGroup’s work for South Mississippi Electric Power Association.
A Judge’s Choice was awarded for Digital Banners for the South Mississippi Electric website.
GOLD awards included entries in the categories of Microsites, Newspaper Advertising – Fractional Page and Newspaper Advertising – Campaign.
SILVER awards included entries in the categories of Out-Of-Home and Ambient Media, Regional/National Single Spot TV, Internet Commercial, Branded Content and Entertainment – Non-Broadcast, Integrated Advertising Campaigns and Online/Interactive Campaign.

The American Advertising Awards, the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, is conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF). As the nation’s oldest national advertising trade association and the only association representing all facets of the advertising industry, the AAF seeks to protect and promote the well-being of advertising and acts as the “Unifying Voice for Advertising.”
