GodwinGroup partnered with internationally acclaimed chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto for the November 17th grand opening celebration of Seafood R’evolution, a new upscale restaurant located in Renaissance at Colony Park in Ridgeland.
Seafood R’evolution, the second endeavor by the chefs’ development company, joins Restaurant R’evolution located in the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans. Seafood R’evolution offers a select menu of items paying homage to Mississippi’s rich culinary heritage. The menu includes seafood specialties and fresh Gulf fish filleted or served whole from the wood-fired grill. There is an award-winning steak program as well as fowl and game dishes and a selection of regional sandwiches and po’boys.
