Susan oversees all financial decisions for the company and keeps the agency running smoothly through her day-to-day supervision of the human resources, information technology, accounting and administrative support departments. She joined GodwinGroup in 1998 as director of finance and later was promoted to EVP/Chief Financial Officer. She became a shareholder and partner in 2010 and serves on the Executive Committee. Prior to joining GodwinGroup, Susan worked for Hattiesburg-based Magnolia Federal Bank for Savings in various management positions and was a valued team member who helped prepare the institution’s Prospectus when it went public in the early 1990s.
